From the initial export of finished leather for garments and shoes, we ventured into the realm of garment manufacturing in 1991, setting up our first unit in Chennai. What started with a modest capacity of producing 200-300 garments per month has now flourished into four full-fledged factories, powered by 250-270 stitching machines and the skilled hands of our highly trained tailors, producing 7,000 to 8,000 garments each month.
The backbone of Asia Apparels is our state-of-the-art tannery, equipped with the latest machinery and a production capacity of about 3.5 lakh sq. Ft. This facility is not just a tannery; it's the heart of our operation, ensuring a constant supply of premium quality leather, enabling us to craft garments that meet the highest standards of excellence.
As a 100% export-oriented entity, we take pride in our global presence, with the majority of our exports reaching the discerning markets of Europe, USA, and Hong Kong.
